How do I send my photo or design?
Place your order, then WhatsApp your order number along with your photo, text or design to +91 8380926819. You can also email it to kaseculture1@gmail.com.
Which phone models do you make covers for?
We make covers for all major brands including iPhone, Samsung, OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Redmi/Xiaomi, Google Pixel and Motorola. Share your exact phone model with your order. If you're unsure whether we support your model, message us before ordering.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, high-resolution image (preferably the original file, not a screenshot) gives the sharpest print. We'll let you know if your image quality is too low.
How long does delivery take?
Every product is made to order. We dispatch within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes – shipping is free on all orders across India. We currently ship within India only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive the tracking details by email/SMS. You can also check your order status from your account.
Can I return or exchange a customised product?
Because every item is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or wrong phone model. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before printing begins.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We make customised T-shirts, bottles, mugs, mouse pads and more for events, teams and corporate gifting. WhatsApp or email us with quantity and requirements for a quote.
